The Arrow is pet friendly! All pets must be added to the lease agreement and require a one time fee of $400 with an additional $50 pet rent per month. Contact our office for more details!

First installment of rent, add ons like furniture, parking and pet rent, renters insurance (if applicable), utility admin fee and security deposit. If you have a pet you will also need to pay the one-time pet fee.

Reletting is the process of taking over a lease from a current resident and agreeing to all conditions of the resident's lease. This process does require a $350 relet fee to be paid by the departing resident. This is not the same as sub-leasing. All relets need to sign a lease through the leasing office!

Utilities are included! The Arrow covers the cost of cable, wifi, water and trash. Residents are only responsible for electricity, once the $20 cap has been met. Electricity is billed based on usage for the whole apartment and is split evenly between each resident.

Our property offers both covered and uncovered parking options! All enclosed covered parking spots are personally assigned stalls to protect your vehicle from the harsh Montana winters. Covered parking can be added to any lease for an additional $50 monthly charge. Uncovered spaces are available for no additional cost.

Cardinal Group Management requires $100,000 in liability insurance coverage for each resident. While residents are free to select any insurance vendor for their coverage, if they do not provide proof of insurance in a timely manner they will be opted into CardinalProtect at a monthly cost of $14.00.

We have taken the total cost of living in the apartment for the lease term (11.5 months) and split it into 12 equal payments throughout the lease. For your convenience, these payments land on the first of the month throughout the entire lease term but do not represent a monthly rent amount.

The living room comes fully furnished with a sectional, arm chair, coffee table, side table and entertainment stand. Furnished bedrooms include a queen size bedframe and mattress, night stand, desk, desk chair and dresser.
